The trick isn't a better prompt — it's handing the model two things it can't invent on its own: a professional design system and a real hero video. Do that and the output stops looking like "AI made a website."

Download Claude Desktop

Grab the desktop app from claude.com/download. The Desktop app has a Code tab that can build and preview real files — that's the engine for the whole thing.

Steal a world-class design system

Go to styles.refero.design — a library of thousands of beautiful sites. Pick any style you like and copy its Design.md file. That file is the entire visual language (type, color, spacing, motion) written as instructions a model can follow. For this example, this style was used.

Prompt Claude in the Code tab

Back in Claude Desktop, open the Code tab. Tell it what your site is about in one line, then paste the Design.md you just copied. It builds the whole thing to that design system. One line is enough — e.g. "A landing page for Windrest, a quiet adventure resort above the clouds" — then paste the Design.md under it.

Generate the hero video (the secret weapon)

This is what takes it to the next level. Go to higgsfield.ai. First generate an image, then switch to video, select Kling 3.0, attach that image, and give it a simple motion prompt. Download the video when it's done. The two prompts are below.

Attach the video as your hero

Back in Claude Desktop, attach the video to your message and say: use this video attached as the hero. That's it. You now have a site that looks like it cost thousands — built in less time than it takes to read this sentence.
