The guide · Claude in Chrome
Let Claude personalise every Bento pitch.
You write one pitch template, launch a Bento campaign with it, then hand the scheduled emails to Claude in Chrome. Claude opens each one, reads up on the brand, rewrites the subject line, fixes whatever doesn't fit and saves. In my test, my template said Istanbul. Claude worked out that the hotel wasn't there and took the city out of that pitch.
The video shows the whole run, from an empty campaign to edited pitches.

Build the campaign yourself
Go to Campaigns → Create campaign and set it up by hand, without Bento's AI. Name it, set the start date to tomorrow, pick how many emails go out per day (I use 20) and choose your timezone. A start date of tomorrow gives you time to edit every pitch before the first one sends.Pick brands and filter hard
Choose New brands → Browse brands and pick a category. The video uses Travel → Hotels & Accommodation. Set the filters before you pick anyone, because they decide who you end up pitching:- Works with UGC creators

Use one template for everyone
On Write emails, pick Use one template for everyone over AI-personalize. You keep your own pitch, and you don't spend Bento AI credits. Choose your saved template, then add three follow-ups, three days apart.Turn on repitching and launch
Say yes to Perpetual repitching, check the review page and launch. Bento's AI didn't write these emails, so you launch first and edit after.Open the Scheduled tab
Open your campaign from Campaigns and click Scheduled. Each pitch sits there with its contact and send time.Open Claude in the sidebar
Click the Claude icon in your Chrome toolbar and Claude opens in a panel beside Bento. No icon? Install Claude in Chrome first and sign in with your paid Claude account.Tell it what to change
Type a plain instruction and hit Enter (the quick prompt is below). Claude takes over the mouse and keyboard and opens each scheduled email while you watch. Chrome shows a bar saying Claude started debugging this browser. That bar means the extension is driving the tab, and its Cancel button stops it.Approve the plan
Claude reads the emails, plans its changes and asks before it saves anything. Read the plan, reply with any tweaks, then tell it to go ahead.Read what it changed
Open each email and check it before its send time. The same chat can add your signature, swap the pitch angle or rewrite a follow-up. Ask for it in plain words.Prompt 1: the quick edit (from the video)
With the Scheduled tab open, paste this into the Claude panel:
When Claude shows you its plan, approve it with:
Prompt 2: the full pitch customiser
The quick prompt rewrites subject lines. This one researches the brand first. Claude reads the brand's site and the five latest posts on each of its social channels, picks the product the brand pushes hardest right now, and writes your video idea around it. Then it writes a matching subject line, saves, and tells you what it chose. It never sends.
Set up two things first. Your template needs the words First Idea where the video idea goes, so Claude knows what to replace. And the prompt targets tech product brands. Pitching hotels or skincare? Swap TECH PRODUCT brand (laptop to charging cable) on the first line for your niche and leave the rest as it is.
To run it: open one scheduled email, paste the prompt into the Claude panel and let it work. When it reports back, read the email, open the next one and paste again.
Bonus: sort your saved brands into pitch lists
Saved a few hundred brands and lost track of them? Open Bento's Saved Brands panel, paste this, and Claude files every brand you haven't pitched into one niche list. It judges each brand by what it sells, because Bento's category tags are often wrong. Before it touches anything, it shows you the lists with rough counts and waits for you to say go.
Ground rules
Nothing sendsboth long prompts tell Claude to save and never send or schedule. Bento keeps your send times. You can stop ithit Stop Claude in the page, or Cancel on the debugging bar, at any point.Read before send timeClaude makes mistakes. Check every pitch before Bento sends it.Keep the safety linea brand's website can hide text aimed at AI. The line telling Claude to ignore instructions on pages it visits stops it acting on that, so leave it in.
