For teams stuck between AI hype and AI that actually ships
Deep AI Consulting: AI adoption, automation, and staff training, without the jargon.
Everyone tells you to "use AI." Almost no one owns what happens next. We find where it actually fits, build the automation, and train your team to run it, governed so risk and legal sign off. Systems that ship. Results you can measure.
You keep starting. It keeps stalling.
You know AI matters. You don't know where it fits.
You've tried the tools. Maybe run a pilot. Nothing stuck, and you still can't tell which use case actually pays for itself. So you hold back.
Your team's week disappears into busywork.
Copying data, chasing approvals, reformatting reports. The same jobs, every week. You know it could be automated. You just don't have time to build it.
One wrong move with data isn't worth it.
You can't point AI at sensitive data and hope. Risk, legal, and compliance have to sign off first. So the safe move is to do nothing, and nothing is what happens.
That's the job. We find where AI fits, automate the busywork, and train your team to run it, with governance built in from day one.
Three steps, in the right order.
Most AI projects start with the tool and stall. We start with where it fits, then automate, then train your team, so it holds after we're gone.
Find where AI fits
We go through your processes, data, and risk, and rank the use cases by what they actually return. You invest where the payback is real, not where the hype is loudest.
Kill the busywork
We design and build the automations, with AI and RPA, for the repetitive work that eats your team's week. Built inside your stack, not a slide about it.
Train your people
Hands-on training so your team uses AI well and stays inside the rules. When we leave, they run it.Copilot & agents · Power Automate · ChatGPT · No-code (Airtable) · Prompt Engineering · Process Mapping
What we deliver
- S1AI Readiness AssessmentWhere AI fits, what it'll return, and what to do first.
- S2Staff TrainingRole-specific sessions: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, no-code (Airtable), prompt engineering, and process mapping.
- S3Process Automation with AIPower Automate, RPA, and Copilot agents to take the repetitive work off your team.
- S4Governance, Security & ComplianceAdopt AI so your risk, legal, and data teams sign off.
- S5Use Case & Workflow DesignTurn "we should use AI" into specific, scoped, buildable workflows.
Where we've delivered.
Much of this AI-enablement work was delivered at the University of Cambridge, alongside work across higher education and enterprise.
- Presented at the Birkbeck, University of London AI Summit on Robotic Process Automation with AI (Power Automate)
- Pitched a Self-Learning Customer Support Agent at Agent-A-Thon, hosted by Transparity, a Microsoft Partner
- Ran "How to Create Your Own Copilot Agent" for 200+ people in a single session at the University of Cambridge
- Led AI Prompt Engineering Basics and AI in Project Management clinics at the University of Cambridge (Copilot, ChatGPT, structured prompts)
- Built Power Automate + AI workflows for the University of Cambridge: paper-submission automation, transcript processing, prediction and detection tools
- Hosts no-code (Airtable) and Process Mapping sessions and runs AI-enablement Communities of Practice at the University of Cambridge
- Background in Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, security (CIISEC), Azure and GCP
Hi, I'm DJ.
I've spent my career as a senior enterprise architect, mapping how large organisations actually work, with a security background (CIISEC) that means I don't hand-wave governance. I've built Copilot agents and Power Automate workflows in production, and trained hundreds of people, 200+ in a single session, to use AI without breaking anything.
Most AI projects fail the same way: someone buys the tool before anyone asks where it fits. So I do it in the opposite order. Structure first, AI second, governance throughout. If your process is the real problem, I'll say so. If a use case won't pay off, I'll tell you before you spend on it. And the person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it. That's me.
"DJ does great work, and continues to do it, to promote the safe and effective use of AI tools to massive audiences."Jamie Thorogood, Chief Architect, University of Cambridge
