I'm Praza. I built this Mac app · launching soon

You drop in a talking-head clip. It cuts your bad takes, shows you the plan, then adds your captions, graphics, sound and colour. You don't need any editing experience: tell Claude what you want in plain words, or work in my studio app and type or say changes to the built-in edit assistant. It all runs on your own Mac, so your video files are never uploaded.

The examples on this page are the app's own output, from my own footage and scripts.

From the beta

What my friends and family said.

Before launch, I gave the studio to friends and family to test for free. Here's their verdict. Your results will vary: views and output depend on your content, your niche and how you use it.

Tried this out on my newest reel and it's blowing up at 95k views. Way better reach than anything else I've posted lately!

Friend & family beta tester

4 hours. 20 UGC videos in the can. The workflow is absolutely insane right now.

Friend & family beta tester

You seriously just saved me. I know it sounds silly, but I was so desperate for this. 7 videos are edited and queued up (working on the 8th as I type this) and I did it all while getting the girls to sleep.

Friend & family beta tester

As a homeschooling mom of three, I was so burnt out from the editing struggle that I almost quit entirely. Finding your engine was a total answered prayer. I finally have the time and energy to keep building my platform!

13 of the 164 graphics and effects · Editor + Motion

Graphics and effects that land on the word.

All made on my own clip, in Editor + Motion. The numbers and words are examples: you type your own.

New · Liquid glass

My newest graphics: liquid glass, on your own footage.

I made these frosted, light-catching cards for your numbers, titles, lists and alerts. They blur and bend your real background like real glass (frosted, liquid or reeded), and land on the word you say.

You get the Glass style on 9 of them in the Editor Skill Pack, and all 11 in Editor + Motion. The free Praza AI doesn't have them.

What you can make

Four ways in. Pick what you're making today.

These are the same examples you'll see in the app when you start a project.

Every plan

Reel Edit

Your clip, cut, captioned and styled.

  • Takes out pauses, breaths and failed takes
  • Writes word-timed captions and picks a Look
  • Tweak it in the studio app, or just ask Claude in the chat

Editor + Motion

Motion Reel

No filming. Your script becomes motion graphics.

  • Paste or upload your script
  • Pick a studio look, or match a reference video's style
  • Every line becomes a scene timed to the voice: yours, the free voice on your Mac, or ElevenLabs with your own account (API key or MCP connector)

Editor + Motion

Live Carousel

Swipeable slides that move, with sound.

  • Your script becomes a slide-by-slide storyboard to approve
  • Add a picture for each slide
  • Every slide renders as a looping 1080×1350 video with its own sound

Studio app: Editor + Motion, or Editor with the app add-on

YouTube long-form (16:9)

A 5 to 60 minute landscape video, cut clean and subtitled.

  • Pauses, breaths and failed takes out
  • Subtitles in the lower third
  • A 1920×1080 export, a 720p copy and YouTube chapter timestamps for the description

The First List closes in

--:--:--

I close it when the doors open, on Sun 1 Nov, 5pm UK / 12pm New York. The time is set on my server, so it's the same for you wherever you are. After that, new sign-ups join the ordinary waitlist.

How it works

Four steps. You approve the edit before it happens.

In my studio app or in the Claude Code chat, it's the same four steps: same cut, same plan, same Looks.

  1. 01

    Drop in your clip

Any talking-head take, straight off your phone or camera. Flat log footage comes back to normal colour.

  2. 02

    Get a clean first cut

It keeps your best take of each line and cuts pauses and false starts on the audio, so no word gets clipped.

  3. 03

Read the plan, then say OK

Every beat on one sheet. Type or say a change first; nothing renders until you approve.

  4. 04

    Pick a Look, export

One pick sets captions, graphics, grade and sound. Export for Reels, TikTok or Shorts, up to 4K.

Not just prompts. Not a course.

I built a studio app too. Here's what that gets you.

The app comes with Editor + Motion, and adds to the Editor Skill Pack for $10.

See every effect before you use it

I put the graphics, effects, layouts and Looks in one searchable library: 214 in Editor + Motion, 121 in Editor with the app add-on. Every one has a live preview card, so you pick by watching, not by guessing what a name means.

Graphics that move around you

It checks what's already on screen (your face, your hands, the captions) and places each graphic in the space that's left.

A real timeline

Cuts, captions, graphics and sound sit in lanes you can see and drag. Double-click a word to fix it, and it offers to remember the fix. Undo goes back 20 steps.

Hook versions

You get several openings from the same clip, so you can test which first line holds people.

Grey camera footage, fixed

It spots log footage and brings it back to normal colour. If you have a grade you like, upload your own LUTs.

Sound that knows when to stop

I set the effects to land on the big moments only. Your voice gets levelled for phones, and one-sided mic audio gets repaired.

Your video stays on your Mac

Editing runs locally on your Mac. Smart cuts, hook titles and the edit assistant send only text (the transcript and your instruction), through your own Claude login. When you speak a change, it's turned into text on your Mac.

What uses Claude, and what doesn't

Most of the edit runs on your Mac, with no Claude tokens.

I want you to know exactly what touches your Claude plan. Everything under "No Claude tokens" runs on your own computer and never touches it. Only the items under "Uses your Claude plan" use it, through your own Claude login. With a Skill Pack on its own (no app), you give each instruction in the Claude Code chat, so every request uses your plan; the cutting and rendering still run on your Mac.

No Claude tokens

  • Transcribing your clip (Whisper, on your Mac)
  • Turning what you say into text for the edit assistant
  • Tight cut: pauses, breaths and false starts
  • Captions, caption styles and fixing words
  • Applying a Look, and every graphic, effect and layout
  • Placing graphics around your face, hands and captions
  • Face tracking
  • Cut-outs: you in front of or behind a graphic
  • Fixing grey log footage, colour grades and your own LUTs
  • Sound effects on the big moments
  • Voice levelling and one-sided mic repair
  • Free CC0 music and sound effects (from Openverse)
  • The timeline, live preview, render and export
  • Covers, subtitle files and the hand-off to another editor
  • YouTube long-form in 16:9
  • Liquid glass styles; in Motion, 3D graphics, live carousel renders and the AI voiceover in Script to video

Uses your Claude plan

  • The built-in edit assistant (type or speak)
  • Hook versions and hook checks
  • Translating your captions into other languages
  • Finding shorts in a long video
  • Motion: Designed scenes and Copy a template video

Uses Claude when you're signed in, works without it

  • Spotting bad takes in the first cut (a rule-based check runs without Claude, or turn it off in Settings)
  • Picking a Look for the first cut (or set a default Look)
  • Writing the text on a Look's graphics
  • "Ask Claude" for the sound moments, and picking frames for image slots
  • Motion: planning Script to video, carousels, explainers and 3D picks

Claude gets text only (the transcript and your instruction); your video stays on your Mac. Praza AI, the Editor Skill Pack and Editor + Motion don't need any other AI account. The music and sound library needs an internet connection, but no account.

Not on sale yet: I'll put it on sale when the AI connections ship in the app. If you're on the First List, you hear first and keep the founding price. You pay the AI services directly.

Prices in US dollars, including VAT or sales tax where it applies: the price you see is the price you pay. Mac is recommended. The free Praza AI has also run on Windows 11, but renders were very slow on a 2016 laptop, so use a recent, higher-spec PC. The paid plans are Mac only for now (macOS 13 or newer). Every plan needs Claude Code and your own paid Claude plan, which isn't included: the Skill Packs run inside it, and the app's edit assistant and the other features that use Claude go through it.

It's for you if

  • you film yourself talking to camera
  • you make UGC or reels for brands and need them to look finished
  • you'd rather approve a plan than drag clips on a timeline
  • you want your footage to stay on your own computer

It's not for you if

  • you want a paid plan on Windows (they're Mac only for now)
  • you cut vlogs with B-roll or multi-camera shoots
  • you don't want a Claude plan

FAQ

Straight answers from me.

When does it launch?

I open the doors to the First List on Sunday 1 November at 5pm UK (12pm New York), and to everyone else 24 hours later, on Monday 2 November at 5pm UK. Founding prices are for the First List and last 72 hours, until Wednesday 4 November, 5pm UK (12pm New York). You can join the First List until its doors open.

What is the First List, exactly?

It's my email list for early sign-ups. It closes when the doors open, on Sunday 1 November at 5pm UK (12pm New York), when the countdown on this page reaches zero. If you're on it, I open the doors to you a day before everyone else, and you get founding prices for 72 hours, until Wednesday 4 November, 5pm UK. After it closes, you can still join the waitlist.

What's the difference between the Skill Pack and the app?

The Skill Pack lives inside Claude Code. You edit by chatting: “edit ~/Desktop/take2.mov in Bold Creator”, “cut that pause”, “make the hook bigger”. Claude shows you the plan in the chat and waits for your OK. The studio app is a Mac app that puts the same edit on screen: live preview cards for every Look and graphic, a timeline you can drag, the built-in edit assistant you can type or speak to, and the YouTube long-form mode. The Editor Skill Pack is chat only; add the app for $10. Editor + Motion comes with both. Either way, your video stays on your Mac.

Do I need editing experience?

No. I set it up for people who have never edited a video. You drop in a clip, read the plan in plain words and say OK. There's no timeline you have to learn: in the Skill Pack you just say what you want, and the Skill Packs come with named recipes (business reel, talking tips, story, listicle, and product demo in Editor) and a sheet of 20 phrases that work. You don't need to code either: a one-paste installer sets it up and a doctor check tests every tool for you.

What's in the free version?

Praza AI is my free Claude Code skill pack. You get it from its download page for your email. It has 10 Looks, 30 graphics and 10 caption styles, and it does the tight cut, retakes, the storyboard, sound and hook versions, all in the chat. It comes with 4 recipes (business reel, talking tips, story, listicle) and the sheet of 20 phrases that work. It doesn't have effects, liquid glass, motion design, live carousels, YouTube long-form, the studio app or the watch folder. It needs Claude Code and your own paid Claude plan, like the paid plans.

Why do I need a Claude plan?

Smart cuts, hook titles and the edit assistant run through your own Claude login, so you pay Anthropic for that, not me. Claude usage isn't included in the app. Most of the edit doesn't use Claude at all: here's the exact list.

Does my video get uploaded?

No. Your videos, audio and projects stay on your Mac, and editing and rendering happen there. When you use smart cuts, hook titles or the edit assistant, the transcript text and your instructions go to Anthropic through your own Claude account. Spoken instructions are turned into text on your Mac (Whisper) by default; an optional browser speech mode may send the audio to Google or Apple, and it says so before you switch it on. I never receive any of it.

Can I start with Editor and upgrade later?

If you buy the Editor Skill Pack at the founding price (by Wednesday 4 November, 5pm UK), yes, any time: buy Editor + Motion, then email hello@deepaiconsultency.com with your Editor order and we refund your Editor payment in full. Install the Editor + Motion download in place of Editor; your projects stay where they are. The Editor Skill Pack bought after the founding prices end isn't refunded on an upgrade, so pick the plan you want at checkout.

What does "12 months of updates" mean?

You get my new Looks, graphics and fixes for a year from when you buy a paid plan. After that what you bought keeps working; you just stop getting new updates.

Get on my First List.

You get founding prices, and I open the doors to you first. Join by Sun 1 Nov, 5pm UK / 12pm New York.
